Bring a sense of character and charm to your event by inviting the seniors of chair hire along to the party. Our British-made folding vintage chairs have been collected over time from all over the country. They are a solid part of history and, dating back to the 1950s, have clocked up an impressive 70 years of service - some have the date stamp to prove it. We have folding chairs in three colourways - white, pastel and natural wood.

This white version has been lovingly painted by hand in ‘Bone White’ and sanded back for a distressed feel. A little more genuine distressing has happened over time to give them an authentic shabby feel. Not all of the chairs are identical but, to create a sense of harmony and unison, we have kept their characteristics the same - the seat slats of each faces the same way and the backs of the chairs all have one crossbar.

Each chair measures 53cm deep by 47cm wide by 80cm high when assembled. The seat height is 43cm, the ideal height for feasting, which makes them a perfect pairing with our trestle tables. They fold flat - to 88cm deep by 47cm wide by 5cm deep - for stacking and easy transportation.

The chairs are weatherproof and so happy to be used inside or out.

These chairs are a real blank canvas and can easily be dressed up or down depending on your theme. Why not use them for an elegant boho wedding lunch alongside our white farmhouse tables? Or perhaps allow the simple whites to be dressed in colour and used as ceremony seating to accompany a pretty walled garden full of flowers? Beautifully versatile, these lovely chairs wouldn’t look out of place at a summer beach wedding, yet the crisp white colour would also be perfect for a winter wonderland.
